Personal Data Protection and Processing Policies
Bera Turizm İnşaat Seyahat Tic. A.Ş (“BERA Tourism”); Bera Hotels Group, which first stepped into the tourism sector in 1999 with Bera Konya, continues on its way with Bera Alanya, the Holiday Paradise without Alternative, in 2007. Today, Bera Hotels Group, which consists of 2 hotels, serves its guests with the understanding of "Traditional Bera Hospitality" with a total of 733 rooms and 1940 bed capacity.
BERA Tourism attaches importance to the protection of personal data in its activities and considers it among its priorities in its business and transactions. BERA Tourism Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy (“Policy”) is the basic regulation for the harmonization of personal data processing procedures and principles determined by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), BERA Turizm organization and business processes. In line with the principles of this Policy, BERA Tourism processes and protects personal data with a high level of responsibility and awareness, and provides the necessary transparency by informing the personal data owners.
1.1. Aim
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the procedures and principles stipulated by the Law and other relevant legislation are harmonized with the BERA Tourism organization and processes and are effectively implemented in its activities. BERA Tourism takes all kinds of administrative and technical measures with this Policy for the processing and protection of personal data, creates necessary internal procedures, raises awareness, and provides all necessary trainings to raise awareness. All necessary measures are taken and appropriate and effective audit mechanisms are established for the compliance of shareholders, officials, employees and business partners with the Law processes.
1.2. Scope
The policy covers all personal data obtained automatically in BERA Turizm business processes or by non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system.
1.3. Rest
The policy is based on the Law and relevant legislation. Personal data, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, Law No. 1774 on Notification of Identity, Labor Law No. 4857, Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, Unemployment Insurance Law No. 4447, Turkish Commercial Law No. 6102, Tax Procedure Law No. 213, 2634 It is processed in order to fulfill the legal obligations arising from the Tourism Promotion Law No. In cases where there is inconsistency between the current legislation and the Policy, the current legislation is applied. The regulations envisaged by the relevant legislation are transformed into BERA Tourism practices with the Policy.
Personal Data Retention and Disposal Policy
1. Purpose
BERA TURİZM CONSTRUCTION SEYAHAT TRADE. Inc. (Bera Turizm) this Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy (“Retention and Destruction Policy”) and technical and administrative protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. It is issued in order to regulate the implementation of the provisions of the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data (“Regulation”) published in the Official Gazette dated /2017.
